Negative: The location is off - though it will be a pleasure walking distance to the Taiping lake, but it is not and cars do not take pedestrians into consideration.

Positive: Spacious , clean

Positive: The condo and area surrounding is very beautiful and comfortable to stay. The room is spacious. Would love to stay here again. Negative: The 2nd parking seems a bit too far for me. I also feel check in should be earlier than 4pm.

Positive: The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The view of Taiping town was spectacular. Location was good too. Was a perfect place.

Spacious apartment with beautiful sunset Positive: 1400sqft Spacious unit with beautiful sunset view. 3 bedrooms 4 futons 1 sofa bed can accommodate 10 adults and few kids co-sleeping. Fully air-conditioning unit. 2 bathrooms with water heater. Towels and toilet papers provided enough. Well equipped with basic kitchenware and tableware, water dispenser cold/hot, kettle, gas stove, fridge, washer, TV, wifi, hair dryer, and iron. Plug points for charging phones and laptops. Games for kids. Very friendly staff and good services. Fast response to our requests. Swimming pool. Small playground. OKU parking is just right in front of the lobby. Negative: I didn't notice the check-in time was 4pm, which was quite late. But we requested earlier, and the unit was ready by 3.30pm. Check out 11am. The swimming pool is locked. Each unit guest needs to register to get a key to enter/exit the pool and return the key to security. The tiles of the pool is not well-maintained. Sandy cement coming out and stepping on the pool's floor felt sharp edged tiles. Need to check and repair the tiles..
