Taiping Rain Suite Homestay near Lake Garden

Positive: Lovely accommodation in the heart of Taiping; it has almost everything one could need, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. We particularly liked how close it was to the Taiping Lake Gardens. There were also a few vegetarian and vegan restaurants nearby. Negative: The accommodation could be improved by adding a hotplate and a small safe.

Accomodation could be better with upgrades Positive: Room was generally clean. Negative: 1. Hot water bath that suddenly turned cold whilst in midst of showering - happened more than once - suggest change low grade heater to a better one. 2. Bath floor v wet, no bath floormat provided in the bathroom. One v old thin floormat was placed outside bathroom. 3. Walls v thin. First night, ppl in other unit shouting and laughing loudly. We have go over to request them to tone down. 4. Kindly provide exact address on booking.com, incorrect to list the main road. Actual address of location was only provided a couple of hours b4 arrival! It was only then we discovered we will be staying on an upper unit of a shoplot!
