Splendid short getaway. Positive: Room was spacious & comfy, beautiful sunset view of Taiping, family friendly..kids had fun indoor (games provided) and outdoor swimming pool. Negative: Upon checkin, guidance to get to the parking lot was quite confusing..perhaps can attach video instead of pictures.

Satisfied. Positive: Cleanliness. Negative: 1. Wifi: Too slow. 2. Security guard house: We need to report everytime enter to the property, maybe in future, can provide an access card or some indicator instead of showing QR.
