Positive: Perfect for family stay. Cool Aircond, clean room & floor. They have a complete household. Got washing machine, extra hanger to dry clothes, water dispenser, fridge, induction cooker. What surprised me was that they provided extra mattresses and towels which other homestays never provided. They're also provide proper guidelines to travel to the unit during from the security gate, parking and key collect. If i want travel to Taiping, sure will choose this unit again. Negative: The aircond remote in the living room is missing. But it's not a big problem because you can use the aircond remote in the room, the same model. The owner said he would replace it with a new one after it was damaged by the previous guest.
