Good Positive: Spacious and clean. Near to Taiping Lake. Negative: Less chairs provided. Can provide extra plastic stools for clients to use if needed. Parking narrow. The extra mattress thin and too soft, not comfortable.

All GOOD..except Positive: Very clean and spacious Easy check in process Caters very well for a large family 6-8 pax Very near to all the attractions in Taiping Negative: We understand it takes time to clean the place before the next guest checks in..BUT 4PM check in is really stretching it. There is no hospitality law that states a standard check in time. Typically it is 2pm. At least 3pm is fairly acceptable. Shortage of cleaning staff and internal policies is always quoted, as the main reasons, guests always sidelined in the process. But somewhere along the line...a happy guest is a prized assest, the industry knows.
