Could be so good with proper management. Positive: The Property is new and is in excellent condition, comfortable beds with good quality materials throughout. Negative: Despite an Email from Booking com stating a 15:00 book - in the Agent insisted it was 16:00, this disrupted our initial plans. The Property is within a complex that is literally a ghost town so there would have been no hardship to honour the initial book - in time. It doesn't take 5 hours to clean. The directions sent, took us 1.8 km away from the property adding to our late arrival. No drinking water was made available, this is not acceptable in a tropical country located within a Kampung. Despite advertising light cooking facilities (external) none were available. Only 2 teaspoons, 4 small plates and a couple of cups were laid on so no ability to buy fruit to eat as no knives. No WiFi for the entirety of the 7 day stay, we had to add (at our own expense) Hotspot service to our phone lines. The Agent just did not give the impression of service just TM's problem not theirs. When we arrived everything was unplugged which involved us getting on to the floor to find where the sockets were to plug in, the fridge freezer was unplugged resulting in water all over the work surface and floor and the bidet had a leak. The Agent knew we were attending so tis should have been in hand. There are a pack of 7 dogs outside the gate that are lovely but they howl throughout the night, specifically every morning at 03:00 whilst the geese next door start their chorus at 05:00. The Agent has excellent 5 star reviews and they offer you a 10RM top up on your touch + go if you give them a top score / positive review, this does not help Customers who are looking for authentic and genuine reviews.

Stayed for work and the place makes everything feel better. Positive: Feels like home Negative: None
