Positive: The apartment was clean and had all the necessary household items. The air conditioning worked well, the Wi-Fi connection was reliable, and the location was very convenient. There are plenty of cafés downstairs, a good 7-Eleven nearby, and it is easy to get a taxi quickly. Negative: The towels and bed linen were made entirely of synthetic fabric, which was a significant downside for me. It made sleeping uncomfortably hot and using the towels unpleasant. We were also disappointed that we were not allowed to use the gym without sports shoes. Since we visited during the hottest season, we had arrived wearing open shoes and had not brought any trainers with us. My daughter and I were really looking forward to working out, as it is important to us. We asked if we could use the gym while wearing socks, but our request was refused. Unfortunately, this affected our overall impression of the stay.

Positive: Comfortable furniture, and great kitchen facilities. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly. The host provided detailed check in instructions, and responded very quickly to any requests during our stay. Very helpful instructions were posted in the apartment also. Negative: Security required we get an access code for any Grab driver to drive past the guard station which was cumbersome. The hallways were sterile and uninviting.

Positive: All the photos are genuine, there won't be much difference. It's very new. The design is beautiful. Negative: 1. Check in time a bit late. 4pm. 2. The parking lot signs are unclear, and I can't find the way up floor level or to the exit or find the lifts. 3. as a guest, we need to go down car to the guard house provide QR. normally guard will come out collect QR or asking what is the purpose. I think it might added point for guest experience.
